This is a 3:1 Training Split Style. The Purpose of this training is to focus on maximizing muscle growth by having intense training days and sufficient recovery. You are expected to train with Intensity for 3 days straight, then have recovery rest days on your 4th day.

 

OBJECTIVE

This Training Program will focus on increasing your Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts while still performing hypertrophy training with the intent to increase muscle size, build strength, and lose fat to create the ultimate aesthetic physique! YOU MUST TRAIN INTENSE AS POSSIBLE GIVING IT ALL YOU GOT IN EACH TRAINING SESSION!
